As always yall were so nice and transparent. The only thing was that I arrived a little before 10 am and didn’t leave until after 2 pm. I had an appointment at 10 am. Recall diagnostics were performed, but I was not aware as to how long it would take and would have liked a heads up so I could have arranged for transportation plans.
Gavan was not communicative. I heard no updates on day 1 of my vehicle and called asking for a call back. I received a text message saying I would hear back first thing the next morning. I did not. I had to call at 11 am to get any information.
Service took 3 1/2 hours to do scheduled maintenance and a software update. When I got home, they didn’t reset the maintenance after that long time period. I thought that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait.
My side trim has some places where glue or adhesive is missing.
I came in for two reasons. The first reason was to have my TSS sensor recalibrated. The second reason was because the alignment that I had performed in a previous visit wasn’t done correctly and they had to fix it. I rented a car so that they would have enough time to perform all these repairs one of which I’m not responsible for. They were able to fix the alignment but not the TSS sensor. This was disappointing because I had a 930 appointment and there should’ve been plenty of time to take care of everything. I was about to get charged another day of car rental before I refused and demanded my truck back. So I had to pay Toyota a rental car fee and the only service that was completed on my truck was the re-alignment which should’ve been taken care of the first time. My complaints are too fold, I never should’ve been charged for the rental car and both of these items should’ve been taken care of in one day considering I had an appointment so early.

The wait was almost 3 hours. Someone said that you guys were under staffed and very busy. But I would have liked to know that before I agreed to keep the appointment

Brandt was very helpful and did a great job. He claimed my truck was fine back to normal but I dont feel like it is. The steering is still stiff and wasnt this stiff whenever I bought the truck. Wouldn't have bought the truck if the steering would've been this stiff from the beginning. The warranty i had shouldve covered the cost of the new pump. I had to spend a lot of money for the truck to feel the complete same. I dont feel like I wws treated fairly on the warranty
I have been having a concern about loud noises at times when I start my car that has been going on for several months. I sounds like ther is something dragging on the ground behind the car. Also there is noise at times when I turn a corner but they cannot find what’s causing this. Also I have been in several times to check my tires and now they say I need to new tires. I had them checked them often. So I do not know what else I can do.
