Everything was very efficient- the only issue I have is communication- the first time I dropped my vehicle off, I never received a text that it was ready - the second time, I received a text it was ready - but it wasn’t ready - so I had to leave and come back - but Angela was great, super friendly and helpful

He just lied about when the vehicle was ready. He said he had it ready Saturday and I just didn’t come pick it up. I guess he thought I just wanted to keep the rental. He not very professional or honest. If it was suppose to be ready for Saturday and it wasn’t then it just wasn’t . A bold face lie is not good for your business at all. Then when working with family and they try to cover and lie for you that’s even worse.
