I waited for an hour and a half, and no one spoke to me. Come to find out my truck hadn’t been touched. I left. I doubt I will be back. I was completely disappointed.
Great advisor everything went well
I don’t want Brandt to be a service advisor for me again. He was negligent and unapologetic for the second time. It’s bad enough that i have to continue to bring my vehicle in for toyota problems, I can’t deal with him as well.

Service was good but I believe if you spend money for service you should at least get a free car wash. The Toyota dealership I went to in Corpus Christi offered that
Service has always been excellent. Employees are helpful, friendly, professional and polite. Best auto dealership we’ve been to.
There was a lot of confusion about the cost of the starting battery replacement on our 2020 camry. Started out at $225, then to $339 and ended up paying $294. The paperwork we received was likewise very confusing - numbers didn’t seem to be clear to us.
I suggest the process be reviewed closely to avoid this in future.
