So smooth now, very professional. Service staff was super attentive and the waiting area and free drinks/snacks put it over the top. 11 out of 10! Highly recommend.
The service for my car was good,the lady outside has great costumer service, but the lady inside who takes information for appointments is rude that's all.

Great service, a small mistake such as the one that happened could have caused a serious wreck if it happened any differently. But I appreciate there patience and understanding.
We had an appointment for 8am, and all we needed was an oil change. It was 9am when we finally asked what was going on and were told they were about to change the battery tray due to a recall and it would only be about 10 more minutes. It was after 9:30 when we finally got our truck back. An hour and a half for an oil change, when we had an appointment is ridiculous.
