There was a lot of confusion about the cost of the starting battery replacement on our 2020 camry. Started out at $225, then to $339 and ended up paying $294. The paperwork we received was likewise very confusing - numbers didn’t seem to be clear to us.
I suggest the process be reviewed closely to avoid this in future.

I saw Angela when she checked my truck in for service. I never saw her or heard from again. My truck was finished and parked against the south fence. My husband happened to see it there while we were waiting. He went to find Angela. No one could find her physically or by phone. Someone else signed off for my truck to be released.
