I appreciate the outcome of my problem.
When I received the call saying my vehicle was ready I went inside to speak with Angela. She was the person who called me. Well when I give her my name she starts asking the lady Andrea if I was hers. Angela kept saying she didn’t know who I was. Finally Angela decided to look at the papers in front of her and seen that she really did call me. It was more chaos than necessary and treating me like I was clueless as to who called me.
Angela never took the time to check me in. She had the little guy give me a piece of paper to write my name and number. It was a horrible experience today.
The plus side is that it only took about 2 hrs to have my oil changed!
Michael Guillory was courteous, helpful, and prompt with his service as usual. He is a great asset to Lake Charles Toyota.

Andrea was great! She had great energy and vibes, I had an issue with the techs. The techs didn’t mount my spare tire back where it belongs after repairing and fixing my flat tire. They just threw it in the trunk and got dirt on my seats. That was a douche move

This service is exactly what I wanted. I provided my number for text updates. I got text updates with my report asking what repairs and maintenance I wanted to approve, then another one when everything was done. I only saw Gavan at check in and check out - just the way I like it! Thanks!!
