Im so happy that I bought my van from Lake Charles Toyota. Couldn’t be happier with their service department. Mr. Michael Guillory has been great help every time we go for service on our vehicles. His professionalism is impressive.

The drain plug gasket was worn and leaking oil and for some reason to replace it the computer showed $50 charge $25 part and $25 labor. I asked Angela that didn’t sound right and she went to check to fix it and she said it’s only $15 and glad she did correction
Barton, is by far the most thorough and accommodating service advisor I have had. We are a family of special needs and he goes above & beyond to be in consideration of that.
Barton is very personable and informative and a true pleasure to work with. I am certain the Service department would agree.
From accommodating and scheduling pick up and drop off for me, explaining my invoice, as well as making sure the air is on before we get into the car, Bartons attention to our personal needs, as well as our transportation needs, exceeds expectations.

Everyone was courteous and nice. The only complaint I have is the padding of the bill. Charging me for shop supplies when I am buying the battery from you. Then I get charged for using a credit card, really.
Don't change any think dealership is excellent
You need to hang on to Michael, he is a great asset to your dealership. I only bring my truck in on days he is working. Since I moved to the area in 2017 your dealership has been the only place I bring it. A very large percentage of that is due to Michael.
Just take my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation.

I’m always pleased when I take my RAV4 in. Matthew takes care of me. He keeps me informed on how long it will take. He always professional and upfront on if I need anything.
Service rep was great. Just disappointed that it will take several weeks for the necessary parts to come in to fix my truck
