Alfred was very couteous. Kept me updated on Progress and called me as soon as it was done.
As far as I know the service performed was satisfactory. The car wash seemed rushed but maybe it was where the car was sitting.
Yesterday I received a text stating my car was ready and just go to the cashier to pay. Tried to call Tony but was told he was not available and was transferred to someone covering him who also did not answer my call. So I decided to just go and pick up my car. When I arrived I was told the text was generated automatically and my car was not ready to be picked up. Needless to say I was disappointed and upset that I wasted my time driving to your Service Center. Maybe something needed to be done to address this issue like letting your operators know what’s going on. Thank you. Luis F
Mark was excellent and exceeded all my expectations for the organization. I was very happy with my service. Mark was professional, yet personable and was willing to help me In every way and with good customer service I will always spend my money and time with Lexus as a customer.

Mark Gray is obviously incompetent and unprofessional with no disclosure. I will NEVER work with him again. Crown Lexus as a dealer is just fine, I will be back.
Terrific service and friendly staff, I don’t mind going to crown Lexus when it’s time to have my car serviced. The coffee machine is also a plus.
Frank my service rep was great but the whole process took a REALLY long time. There was a lot of back and forth with ordering the parts and having the insurance adjuster have to go back three times to inspect the car.
