This was a completely underwhelming and unsatisfactory customer experience. From the beginning, Crown Lexus did not place a VOR order for the parts needed for repairs. This significantly delayed my vehicle's repair. In addition, there was a lack of transparent and updates from the service advisor. I was originally told that the battery needed to be replaced. I later found out that it was an inverter. I needed to call and find out the status repeatedly.
On top of all these repairs, the dealership still doesn't acknowledge that there is anything wrong with my upgraded Mark Levinson sound system. They said it was the same as the other cars. Well the TX loaner that I drove clearly had a better sound experience even though it's the exact same sound system in my own TX!
I don't know if I'll consider buying another Lexus.

Poor service. Arrived early to my appointment, yet, had to wait inside my car for more than half hour before being seen by the service representative. Waited more than 2 hours before I saw my car parked in the parking lot. I asked the service representative if my car was completed. He replied that the technician was not able to complete the service campaign that I came in for due to the computer being "down".
