From the moment I arrived Christian provided professional and courteous service. He asked what brought me in to the dealer that day and if there were any other items besides the routine maintenance I required. He heard me out and explained all the items my vehicle was due for, which ones were more important than the others. I explained that I needed to confer with my husband first as the items needed would cost more than I was anticipating to spend. He said they would start on the scheduled maintenance and for me to call him if I wanted to move ahead with the additional items. I called him back to advise him on which additional items I would like to be serviced. During the time my car was being serviced, he informed me that the tech had found my trunk shocks were in need of replacement. I had previously addressed this issue in prior service appointments, but it was never corrected, until now. He even went above and beyond to believe me when I told him of an intermittant issue I was having when I would start my car. Mind you, I had also previously addressed this before during prior service appointments. When they hooked my car up to the computer, it apparently showed there were no findings. So Chris offered to keep my car longer to further evaluate my complaint with my car. He said in another attempt to determine the cause of my issue, they put cameras to see, and were able to locate my problem. It turns out mybissue was under warranty and thus saved me a lot of money. You have no idea how truly grateful we are to Christian for going the extra mile to help me with this long experienced issue. Actually both issues he had fixed under warranty. Christian deserves high kudos for not stopping when the computer didn't find an issue, but rather took my word and was determined to find the issue I was having. This is what professionalism is. This is what a stellar employee does. This is what makes a happy customer and what makes this happy customer want to come back to not just being a Lexus owner, but a customer of Crown Lexus. If Crown Lexus has employees like Christian, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was very unethical that service writer upsold me . I end up paying 600 dollars just for an oil change. I will never go back again. Crown Lexus service department has lost a client. Unprofessional practices that the service department has.
Tino is the best service representative at Crown. He provides great customer service. I bring my car to this location because I trust his advise. I know his recommendations will ensure my car is taking care of and mechanical safe. He’s a great asset to Crown Lexus Service Department.
Overall we are happy that we got what we needed. However, we would appreciate your staff more if you would tell us first that the mileage was 277.

Francis stated that he would reach out to the previous owner to see if he had an additional key, or help me to get an additional key. Since my purchase he has not contacted me once. Also, I contacted him regarding the key for the wheel locks and still haven’t heard anything. It seems that once the deal is closed there is no follow through to completion satisfaction .
Tony Hang is always professional, personable, knowledgeable, and explains what services need to be provided. He follows the status of my car and ensures that I know when the necessary work has been completed.
