Tony was an amazing service advisor, he always kept me updated on what my vehicle need and let me know when my vehicle will be ready to be picked up.

Everyone is very pleasant and nice. Even the person that checked me in a young man I thought he was very, very well mannered I didn’t catch his name. Very nice person. Helen has always been my service rep which I love. She’s always taking very good care of me.

As far as I know the service performed was satisfactory. The car wash seemed rushed but maybe it was where the car was sitting.
Yesterday I received a text stating my car was ready and just go to the cashier to pay. Tried to call Tony but was told he was not available and was transferred to someone covering him who also did not answer my call. So I decided to just go and pick up my car. When I arrived I was told the text was generated automatically and my car was not ready to be picked up. Needless to say I was disappointed and upset that I wasted my time driving to your Service Center. Maybe something needed to be done to address this issue like letting your operators know what’s going on. Thank you. Luis F

Mark Gray is obviously incompetent and unprofessional with no disclosure. I will NEVER work with him again. Crown Lexus as a dealer is just fine, I will be back.
