Had a problem with my car this morning made a phone call to Tony. He told me to bring it in. they replaced my battery and change my oil very please, Tony is awesome,he took good care of me on short notice.

Robert introduced himself, then ask me how my morning was going, then, I replayed great. Robert was very friendly. I live in the city of West Covina and easily I Can go over to Longo Lexus, but I choose to go crown Lexus in Ontario because of the loyalty and respect that I received from your dealership service. The respect I get from crown Lexus IS greater than driving 6 miles to get treated like, I'm nobody. I rather drive 30 miles and get treated like a king. Then to be ignored. Please continue to have people like robert in your staff.It really makes a big difference.Thank you.

Very impressed with George Gonzalez. He got the job done in one day instead of the 2 I was quoted over the phone and he still provided me a loaner. He also got the job done for way less than I was quoted as there were some parts I didn’t end up needing and the bumper did not need to be painted. Probably my best service experience yet with Crown Lexus. George Gonzalez gets 5 stars!!!
