Mark is very nice and polite. However my expectations were not met. He said the service would take less than two hours, that they would fix a loud beeping in my car, and he offered to fill my tank to half a tank. Again, he's very polite but none of those things happened. The service took two hours and twenty five minutes, the loud beep is still there, and the gas was the same. I think it's better to manage my expectations appropriately next time so the experience is not so frustrating.
Brandon did an exceptional job in my service experience ! He informed me about the uber Lexus provides and it helped me tremendously in saving time while my vehicle was going under maintenance. Nice and super helpful !

It’s ridiculous that Lexus charges 3% to use credit cards not everyone has the cash readily available to have their cars serviced nor do customers want to pay an extra 3% to use a credit card vendors are charging a substantial interest rate.
Elijah was a gentleman and very patient with me. I had questions about my “Maintenance required” light being constantly on for a 45,000 mile check up at 44,040 miles. The receptionist that made my appointment told me that it isn’t wise to be driving that long of a distance with the Maintenance Light on.
I was driving from one sister in Lake Havasu, Arizona to another sister in Covina on my way back home near Fresno.
The car wash and the coffee were also delightful.
