Wonderful customer service and support!
Micheal was nice but it did take entirely too long for someone to acknowledge me. Two people pulled up behind me and got served while I was told to wait in my car, because I didn’t select an advisor? That seemed super silly to be honest, you’d think I’d be helping you guys but no I was punished for it.
He went out of his way to be helpful and explained everything really well.
Service was performed in a timely manner and I was advised on the status

I love bringing my car to CrownLexus for my services. You guys are quick and efficient & this last time Frank made the process so much smoother for me. He even went above and beyond to check and trouble shoot why my 2019 es300h doesn’t have folding in mirrors when parked. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done to change it but that was extremely thoughtful of him to ask. I’ll be scheduling my services with him from now on because he really seems to listen to the clients needs and concerns
