I would first like to say that I am impressed with your service department! Everyone is ready to help and very knowledgeable and most importantly have excellent customer service skills. I bought my car recently at Cerritos and my maintenance light came on after a few weeks I made and appointment and was standing waiting to be greeted after worker and worker passed by my husband and I. Then the person that took care of us was horrible, had no knowledge that I had just bought my car and tried to sell me a maintenance package. Thank goodness that Crown Lexus is close to my house! Everyone greeted me with a smile and were very helpful! Faustino is wonderful and his customer service is beyond excellent! Thank you fir making me feel taken care of and that my car is in excellent hands!

Faustino was a great help to me. There were no more early bird papers in the morning but lucky for me he was already in the office and helped me out He knew I worked for tms so he told me everything was fine since I’m in the system. Then I asked to see if my car would be done by my lunch and he told me that whenever I needed it, the car would be ready. I got a text maybe a couple hours later that the car was done. The pickup was very easy. Faustino already had my paperwork ready for me as soon as I arrived. I was at the dealership for around 7 minutes so I could get back to work on time.
If I’d known that I only had 2 choices in tires I would have never bought them there. I feel the service department wasn’t completely honest with me and will see if I can find somewhere else to have my vehicle serviced

My Husband was told over the phone that my battery was under warranty and the replacement was free of charges. However, when he gets there they told him that he is required to have a diagnostic test completed which he agreed to. After that was completed, now came the charge for the battery because it was 3 months past the warranty date. Even though they had already looked at my history and made the decision that is was free of charge. I tried working with Jennifer about the terms of the warranty and where I could find the details, our conversation turned in the wrong direction. Sad face...
