I brought my vehicle back as the tire pressure display was not detecting tire pressure but my application was. He provided confident information however, he also offered to have his technician look at the vehicle. I agreed to run the car first which resolved the issue Alfred had suggested, I called to notify him. I was very pleased with his level of professionalism.

POOR service needs to be more HONEST with customers I was told the insurance wouldn't cover the tire I then took my Lexus to longo Lexus in EL MONTE and tires were covered I didn't have to pay anything. My personal advice Lexus in EL MONTE should send their service representatives to crown Lexus in Ontario and retrain them. Keep up the good service longo Lexus.
I took my car to check is making lonoise is rubbing one of the Carthage’s of the trunk and the said only need cleaning and I checked today and still making the same noise that’s ridiculous

I had some issues but the mechanic was not able to fix it. I’ve been having this problem since I h got the car. They are insisting that there is nothing wrong with it. The side mirror on the driver’s side, the light turns on when there’s a car on the blindspot. I get that. But it still lights up although there’s no one on my blindspot. There is nothing wrong with it? They can’t fix it! Alfred said his client has the same problem but no one thinks that it is fixable.
Helen went above and beyond to help me with my particular situation. She is amazing. Love her!
