I returned to Crown Lexus after having continually horrible service at Shottenkirk Desert Lexus and Robert did not disappoint! I had moved and Shottenkirk was closer but I will be driving the extra distance to return to Crown where I know I will receive genuine quality service and honest and caring assistance. I will ask for Robert on my next visit, he was GREAT!

I brought my new car in for the 5,000 mile service, and my service advisor George Gonzalez was very helpful. I told him that the Mark Levinson sound system wasn’t working very well for the back seats. George fixed that in a few minutes, showing me how to make adjustments to the sound system. The 5,000 mile service then went smoothly, and my car was ready on time. Great service!
He is always kind and help me well.
I normally don’t like to comment but she seemed busy talking to several people. My vehicle was ready and she never bothered to get me and she knew I was waiting. I waited an additional 45 min until i interrupted her conversation and she stated oh yes it’s ready. I just walked to my vehicle and waited for my keys I didn’t wait for valet to drive it around. Conversation seemed more personal that was the frustrating part and having to wait until 1045 when it was ready and up front by 1011am.
The car was ot washed as expected . The service looks like it was done well.

Robert handled the service and seat belt buckle repairs very well—he was friendly, explained repair status, and provided a loaner car over the holiday weekend while parts were enroute. Very impressive service commitment.

I purchased new RX 350 lately. I found the close and lock system was not working. I went to Crown Lexus today to get fixed. I waited there approximately 90 minutes to get fixed.I was told it was fixed. I came home and I tried to find it is fixed and working
. I found it is not fixed or I don’t know how to operate that device. Embarrassing.
May I advice you that please demonstrate it is fixed. The new RX350 has several new features that I don’t know how to to operate. Please demonstrate how to operate those features. Thank you for your patience.
Helen is just the best. She is kind and considerate. If I ask her a question about my bill or anything about my car she answers my question completely. She is knowledgeable and I understand what she is saying. I always leave Lexus feeling confident my car was in good hands. Thank You, Helen.

New adviser sent me a very expensive offer for hybrid vent cleaning, I didn’t think it is necessary and I rejected it.
