Robert provided me with excellent customer service. Absolute A+ ! He went over every detail of my service with me and before I left we talked about when I should bring my car in for the next recommended service. However, when it came time for me to pay my bill, I was informed that Crown Lexus had initiated a service fee for using a credit card. That was not ok. I saw it as just another way for corporate greed to find its way into an otherwise benign setting. Luckily I had my atm card with me and was able to complete the transaction. I have been a victim of identity theme twice through ATM use and am very reluctant to use it unless absolutely necessary. Shame on you Lexus. I expected you to show more respect to your loyal car owners. That maneuver just cost you a repeat customer in me. I will take my purchasing power elsewhere in the future. It’s not about the few dollars in fees you would collect from me and every other customer—-it’s about respect for your customers. Again, my customer service from Robert was excellent—-but I left Crown Lexus very disappointed and will not be recommending your establishment to anyone.
