In the past when I had my Lexus IS300 I had two bad experiences at this dealership. But Frank helped me regain confidence in the service department and I hope I will continue to get the same service in the future.
Mark Gray was very cool, but very professional at the same time. Greeted me with a smile and was very nice. Answered my text very quickly. Made it a pleasant experience when I was distraught over my car having to be at the service center just days after purchasing it. Mark seems like a stand-up guy with fun hair! Thank you
People were nice and responsive especially Gerardo was helpful and courteous when I brought in the car. Just when picking up the car tonight there were some particles and debris on my dash board, strips of tape on both sides of my windshield that I took off myself before I drove off. I thought they would have wiped down the windshield and dash board along with removing the tape and Made in Japan label before sending me off with the car.
Tony was a great advisor. He made sure my vehicle was well taken care of and serviced in a timely manner. I was impressed that my vehicle was washed before receiving it after maintenance. Most dealerships return my vehicle dirty and the service is sloppy. I appreciate today’s service.
