Once I receive my car it was greasy on the driver side.This app or website is bad once you answer it does not work you need to fix it.
Tino provides great customer service and is very customer focused. Related to the overall dealer experience, charging 3% when paying with your credit card is an insult to long time customers (30 years+) like me. Also, the amenities offered to waiting customers (coffee and water) contribute to an extremely underwhelming experience compared to other dealers.
