Management really pulled through with the communication. Crown Lexus really stepped up when I had a problem. I'm satisfied with my service.
Service technician said the suspension needed to be replaced, suspension is brand new OEM Lexus with 12 month warranty. Technician said there was “defect” after speaking to general manager he told me it doesn’t have a defect and instead needs to be replaced due to a service bulletin with an updated part instead of the part that is on the car. I should have been told that instead of being told the brand new Lexus oem part has a defect. I will never bring my car here again

I am very rattled by the entire experience so, PLEASE, I do not wish to be contacted by the same representative. He has already tried to make it better but knowing the situation and my feelings, it almost made it even worse. Mark made a challenging situation a very positive experience. He helped calm my anxiousness, made me feel at ease, and we are not from Ontario - my car just happened to break down there - and his service just made us feel like this particular Lexus was such a customer focus dealership. Because of the service we received from Mark, we would definitely come back again to purchase a Lexus in the future from this dealership versus the one that we’ve typically gone to. We only buy Lexus vehicles, and because of his service I would come back.
