Mr. Temores is excellent!! He’s like mailman because he always delivers! He provided me with excellent customer service, kept me up to date, and helped me resolve my issues right away. I wish he was a psychologist too so he can fix my wife’s issues right away. Anyway I chose Crown Lexus even though I’m only 20 minutes away from Lexus riverside because Mr. Temores helped me get approval for warranty repairs and he is always professional and I feel that I can totally trust him and his service recommendations. I own 3 Lexus vehicles that I usually bring to Lexus Riverside, but from now on, I will be bringing all my vehicles to Mr. Temores anytime I need any service or repairs. P.S. every single person I have come in contact with from pulling up to the service area to the cashier have been very professional and accommodating. I don’t usually do any reviews or surveys but I feel that the customer service I received is worth leaving a 5 star survey. Please keep those service coupons/Deals coming. They defintely got me to try Crown Lexus vs. going to another dealership for service. Thank you.

Mr. Jerry Temores is excellent!! He kept me updated through out the process and he’s customer service skills is top notch. I usually go to Riverside Lexus but moving forward I’ll be doing all my Lexus (3 Lexus) services at Crown Lexus even if I have to drive 20 minutes extra. It’s worth it knowing I’m getting the best quality service and Trustworthy service rep.

Michael provided the best customer service and took care of me in a timely manner. It took me longer to get to crown Lexus and I expressed that I was in a bit of a hurry I needed to make it to work on time and I appreciated that Michael got me out the door quick with that in mind. He went and got my loaner car for me himself within an He went and got my loaner car for me himself within a few minutes instead of having me wait for it to be brought to me. And I appreciate that.!!!
