My 3M wrap looks unprofessional as it has areas where it is clearly not smooth and I am not satisfied aster all the money I was charged

I was very satisfied with the inspection and report Jennifer Villalobos and crew conducted on my tires to convince the Lexus Corporate Office that the replacement of my tires should be covered by my Tire & Wheel Protection Service Agreement.
Your team threw water on my car and did not dried. They also damaged one of my rims. I only had the vehicle for 2 days. Your staff doesn’t care about customers vehicles. I will never bring any of my cars to your dealer.
