Very efficient, friendly, professional staff
We brought our Hybrid RAV4 in because our MPG dropped from 41 to 23.
After a couple filters were changed and a hydrogen intake service ($261.00) the MPGs has gotten worse. One day, it dropped to 17.5. It has gone up to 22 for a few days now. We don’t think this drastic drop is acceptable for a hybrid. There has to be something else wrong.
Always a good experience with Buckhannon Toyota. Thank you
Alicia was especially kind and considerate, kept me updated throughout the process, and when I expressed I thought I had a tire issue, even helped identify and got it fixed during my oil change. I really appreciate the great service, and kindness of everyone at Buckhannon Toyota at every visit. It keeps me coming back. :)
I brought truck in for recall work, so when I done my key drop I marked for it to have an oil change and tire rotation but wasn’t done because it was overlooked.
We look forward to working with you all.
My vehicle isn't finished yet so I think your computer sends out this question too early. Im not upset it isn't actually ready to be picked up, but your messaging system, which i think is automated, apparently thinks it is.
I appreciated the efficiency of the service department in installing our tonneau cover and running boards for my Tacoma! Our sales rep even reviewed some features of my truck and TV TV answered the questions that I had about it.
Excellent service. Very pleased with my purchase and the continuing professionalism provided by Buckhannon Toyota.
Alicia always treats me as if I'm an old friend and gives likewise service. Always enjoy coming to Buckhannon to get my vehicles serviced.
Great people great service
The employees are unfriendly
Very friendly service. Very noticeable on questions asked
I appreciate the preventative maintenance on my vehicle of a new timing belt, water pump and thermostat at 277,000 miles when Dan Cava Toyota wouldn’t even look at it. However the first time I brought it there I mentioned a squealing noise from the engine compartment. It was diagnosed as a faulty alternator. I had just replaced the alternator 10 months prior. It ended up being the idler pulley which I replaced and the noise went away. I then brought it back for the fore mentioned preventative maintenance and had a vibration when accelerating. Mostly between 65-75 mph. Also I performed a stethoscope test on the pulleys and found a high pitched squealing coming from the fan belt pulleys. I noted these additional concerns when dropping off. The diagnosis was once again the alternator replacement along with a parking brake mechanism, balancing of tires and leaking steering wheel mechanism. None of which pertained to the issues I fore mentioned. I just put tires on the vehicle and they were balanced when mounted. I’ve used the parking brake a handful of times in the last 15 years of owning the vehicle and I can get a new alternator and replace it myself for free. After spending $2300 dollars on preventative maintenance I would think that a qualified mechanic for Toyota would actually try and diagnose the actual issues the customer is experiencing instead of trying to milk more money out of the customer for things that aren’t really pertinent. If I wasn’t somewhat mechanically inclined it would’ve worked. Maybe that’s where you guys make your money. Thanks again for the preventative maintenance. I’ll be sure to keep my paper work and receipts in case the incompetence of your mechanic shows up in his work as well as his diagnosis.
Staff friendly. Service fast. Everything explained
