Michael took excellent care of me and made sure I was well informed of what was being done with my truck. He was very pleasant to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I came in with complaint my rear seat belt warning was going off frequently with no reason. I cited internet says this is common complaint. And as told they couldn’t “find anything wrong”. It happened again this morning. Seems like they could try harder.
