Dont feel as if I'm getting service that's needed. Told to proceed a particular way without answers. Please understand I LOVE my car however there are things that TOYOTA is responsible for as far as making sure it preforms as needed and I don't feel you care to much in my opinion.

I had to pay $25 today for my tire rotation. I ask why I had to pay for this, she stated you have to buy your tires here for it to be free. I said I bought my Highlander here that have the tires on it so I would think that meant I bought the tires here?! She said no had to pay that extra fee not happy

Service is good. Shouldn’t be charged a diagnostic fee when you know what’s wrong and had to figure it out yourself because the last time they looked at it the “didn’t find anything” so you found the problem yourself.
