I was satisfied with the service dept, they fixed my truck in a timely manner, I like dealing with them, they have always been courteous and helpful and treated me very kindly.
Took my new car in for a 10,000 mile service and when I left the axles started popping. Took it back so they could fix what they broke and then they broke the axle seal so I couldn’t get my car back that day. So I went in for a simple service and they destroyed my new car somehow.

I was informed after being there for an hour that I had an oil leak. Was told it would take around 4 hours to fix. I asked if I could have a loner car because I had my 1 year old and 5 year old. I got told no. Now I can't get my car fixed until may 3rd. After my husband called them and told them we would be going to somewhere else they then said they would make an exception and give me one on May 3rd

As always, I received great service when I was at Buckhannon Toyota on 4/23/24.
Just wish it didn't take so long. I git a oil change and a tire rotation and it took a hour in half.
