Everything was good and done in a timely manner people there are nice and efficient.
Christian did great — as well as anyone could possibly do given the bad news about the cost of the work that I needed to have done on my car. But I do have some complaints/annoyances unrelated to him, more related to your "system" of communication. Consider the question you asked on this: "Were you completely satisfied with your Buckhannon Toyota service experience." No, I wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied, but your question demands a hate it/love it answer leaving no room for shades of gray regarding the overall experience. If you want this to be about the primary person on staff working with me, then you're asking the wrong question completely. Also, your text messages are FREQUENTLY inappropriate or inaccurate, presumably because you've automated things, not because the employee is doing something wrong, but rather your too-generic messages require the employee to push or click or select SOMETHING to message to the customer when it does not accurately fit the situation. You really need to have someone do some analysis and corrections on your automated communications systems

Everyone there were kind, pleasant, and respectful. I was impressed with the whole experience. It really was the best experience I have ever had at a place where people were working on my car. They should be commended for their attitude. You just don’t get that kind of attention these days.
