Have a thumping in seat that I explained doesn’t occur all the time and I can’t replicate it. The service guy couldn’t feel it so I drive my 2025 Toyota Camry with a seat that makes a popping feeling on my back. It’s not right.

When one shock is replaced the other is automatically replaced. Toyota will not do this under warranty.

Refused to take my car through the wash bc of a small dent on my back bumper.I went through BU shine and paid $17.I love toyota though, respectful employees and I always feel safe driving my car because I know my car is well taken care of.

When I turned my car on at the dealership to leave my tps/air light came on. Yet I was told that to change the serpentine belt they had to do diagnostic testing that I would be charged for but I still have a light on. So now I have to find a more reliable company to look things over again. I was satisfied with timeliness and notifications.

Was satisfied until they either didn’t put my center cap on front passenger side or they didn’t get it on right it came off I need a new one other than that I was satisfied. Hopefully u will take care of it I’ve bought 5 vehicles off of Buccannon Toyota thank you
