We didn’t read fine print. So our service was more than what we expected.
We wanted our car washed. They forgot but said the reason they were hesitant was because of our vent visors. You installed them. They have come unfastened at one point. It was that way right after they were installed. They were installed quickly. But oh well.
Chris sold me my car and has always been friendly and helpful.

Was disappointed with service this time. Have always had good service but this time was disappointing. Got in car after service was done and tech left glove box lid and cabin filter laying in floor board and on seat. Had to go back in and get him to put it back in. Mistakes happen but need to pay more attention. Problem addressed to service manager, problem solved. Hopefully better service next time!

I HATE being asked to do surveys.
When I asked for an estimate on a timing belt and water pump change, the estimate came back at over $2,000. There is no way that it costs this much to change. But I understand that you have to make some money. I was also told that I needed to replace the end links, for my sway bar. The total for that was over $600. I removed the sway bar 3 years ago. The representative was fine, it's the rest of the system that seems to be malfunctioning.

Have a thumping in seat that I explained doesn’t occur all the time and I can’t replicate it. The service guy couldn’t feel it so I drive my 2025 Toyota Camry with a seat that makes a popping feeling on my back. It’s not right.
