Bought extended warranty and was mislead into thinking it was through toyota and was not. Also was told before bringing the vehicle for service it would be covered and was not. My wife will be buying a new vehicle soon and will sway our decision on where to buy.

No reason to contact me service was fine. But, all sorts of things such as headlights, Trip mileage had be messed with. If you are turning stuff off then put it back how it was received.

We brought our Hybrid RAV4 in because our MPG dropped from 41 to 23. After a couple filters were changed and a hydrogen intake service ($261.00) the MPGs has gotten worse. One day, it dropped to 17.5. It has gone up to 22 for a few days now. We don’t think this drastic drop is acceptable for a hybrid. There has to be something else wrong.

Alicia was especially kind and considerate, kept me updated throughout the process, and when I expressed I thought I had a tire issue, even helped identify and got it fixed during my oil change. I really appreciate the great service, and kindness of everyone at Buckhannon Toyota at every visit. It keeps me coming back. :)
