I feel that one and a half was a little too long for an oil change. So saying completely satisfied I’d say no. The staff was friendly and helpful but it shouldn’t have taken that long.
Service representatives were great. The part that was ordered and installed was not the correct one. I called back and I hope that it got corrected. I jave not got it corrected yet.

Could have provided a higher rating, however, when they provided my estimate of work, they added an extra almost $547 charge, which we had to negotiate back to reality. Trust is the foundation of all relationships. We have trusted Toyota, and Coad Toyota in the past, with our vehicles.
