She was extremely helpful finding a battery for my hybrid Camry I was not pleased that both I n my daughter had called about the battery n was not told there was none there after we had car towed. Then I had to go to Evansville in one of your rented cars to pick it up. What should have been a simple fix turned into an expensive nightmare.
I do say everyone I dealt with was friendly n professional but it was frustrating.
