I ask for my tire light to be checked to see if one of them might be defective. When I got back in my car the light was still on, I went back in to ask about it but was given no answer, the lights were never checked.
If I find the mouse that chewed up my wires I will feed it to our cat. Good find on the chewed up wires.

I waited at the service center for the tire rotation to be completed. It took 1:48 to get my car back, and that was only after I inquired about how long it was taking. I was told that they were backed up. I would have preferred to reschedule if they were too busy to complete my service in a timely manner. If I had known it would take nearly two hours, I certainly wouldn’t have sat there waiting.

My radio system went from a small problem to totally not working after you worked on it and changed me $310.00 for this. Have lodged my complaint but you said “well we can’t work for free “. So now you want me to spend $1300.00 for a new radio system. No thanks, not with Coad Toyota or any other service.
