All my experiences with Coad Toyota have always been great. The staff, to include the Maintenance Department and the Sales Department are always helpful, respectful, professional, yet personable. It is evident that they take pride in their positions, and are knowledgeable in those positions. I am absolutely a satisfied customer!

Had an antifreeze smell. Front desk people have no clue. Told me there was a vent on the reservoir Then the young lady said it was the spring on the radiator cap. Wrong again. Was told others had a similar problem. As if that made it ok. I'm allergic to the antifreeze smell. Don is to call me when he talks to someone else. I asked the service manager to show me the vent. No vent. Sealed system. I had been smelling antifreeze just before we made our appointment Also they did not put a new oil change sticker on my car Rev. Gray ****-****-xxxx
