I brought my car in for an oil change and they took care of that but when I got back in my car, I saw a message flash up on my dash that said that I needed the engine serviced. I thought that would’ve been seen while I was there and taken care of at that time. Now I have to make another appointment to come in and have that taken care of.

Such a very professional young man. He and I spoke a couple of times before we ever decided to have it fixed by your company. They did a magnificent job, not only with keeping us up-to-date. What was going on, but also by letting us keep it there over the weekend and of course it was the Fourth of July weekend. It was finished way before we anticipated it to be. When we went to pick it up today, which is July 6 the car was ready. It was sitting outside and one of the young man went and got it and brought it into the garage area for us. We had a very remarkable experience with your company.
