My routine maintenance turned into a little bit more. Ashley explained everything to me and was very nice and courteous; especially since I had my 3 yr old granddaughter along. Everything was fixed and I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

My vehicle was brought in for its 45,000 mile maintenance. First I was called to see if I also wanted an oil change I asked if that was part of the 45,000 mile maintenance. I was told no that it would he due at 50k. So I declined. Then after the inspection I was sent a list of recommended maintenance that all said they were due per the manual. My husband looked them up and for example spark plus per the manual are not due until 60k miles. So coad was just trying to make an extra $800 on items that weren’t actually due. I’ll start taking my car to Marion Toyota for maintenance like my husband does with his Tacoma. I don’t trust coad anymore.

I did have trouble understanding the quote for needed repairs. The estimate price for battery was $31.79 I believe it would be better to let customers know what total price would be. The total price does appear to include battery. I asked question about it and said would have to check with parts for price. Was told battery had 3 years warranty. Just a little confusing.

Did not receive all the codes that were detected by your service team. Because they said the other codes detected were from earlier detections. Won't be back..
