I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Today helped me make up my mind. I will no longer be getting my vehicle serviced at Coad Toyota. I can get the same service at any number of businesses for much less cost and much faster service.

I hate that every time we come in we are notified by text that our car has a problem. I miss the personal contact and being able to ask questions about all of the issues. We have had our cars checked at other places to verify the problem and found repairs were not necessary. Kinda makes a person loose faith in what we are being texted.

The experience with Zack was great. He was helpful and kind regarding our issue. We have found him to be that way each time we visit if we have interaction with him. If he does not know, he will get an answer. The person with whom we and all other customers had initial contact on May 3, 2024, was less than welcoming, friendly, or helpful, sad to say.
