The staff were helpful and courteous, but it took almost an hour to get my tires rotated even with having an appointment.

Took a little longer than usual, and did not have the patches needed to repair my tire due to a nail in it. I had to take it to a tire store for repair. I also had to go back, after leaving the dealership to inquire where the bad tire was, since I was there for a rotation. Glad I thought to go back and ask, or I wouldn’t have known the location due to the rotation. Zachary was very nice.
The only problem is that my garage door wouldn’t work when I got home. Have to have my grandson fix it for me, My XM radio didn’t work either but I figured it out by myself.
Everyone was so friendly!!! I love pulling into a heated area & being greeted with a smile!??
