We just came to check on the radiator leak. We were charged $100 just for someone to say it needs to be replaced. That’s a $900 job, why was it necessary to charge $100 for looking at it?

I'm normally well pleased with my service, but didn't like 2 things. I do not like being pressured to pay for services by phone while standing at a checkout counter. I was also unimpressed with receiving quotes for tires that aren't even the correct size. To my knowledge, my truck has 16" tires, but they gave me 3 suggestions of 17". I thought for sure the service department should know that.
Even though they were busy they took time to keep me updated on my vehicle status! I appreciate their customer service and that my car is always in top shape when I leave there. Thank you Coad Toyota!
It took 1 hr and 50 minutes to get an oil change, that is absurd as my time is valuable also. In the past it usually takes 45 - 50 minutes.

Ashley was so helpful and accommodating in helping me with my recent car problems! She went the extra mile to make sure that I was well taken care of and saw to it that I got a loaner to get me back home and kept me informed even when it was her day off!! Dylan was good I think he did everything he could so I’m blaming him. However, we brought the vehicle in for the first time since purchasing the car and you guys wanted to charge me over 400 dollars for two studs and lug nuts which is hard to believe we’re not bad when we purchased the vehicle which of course is not covered by the warranty. Then I was told that you guys never took the tires off the car since it was traded in which makes me wonder how it would pass a supposed inspection if you never took the tire off because how could you even check the brakes? I expect that from a cheap used car dealer but not from a legitimate car dealership. I will never be back. I want to know how to drop the extended warranty and all the other crap I’m paying for so I don’t have to deal with you guys again.
