Did not like the text messaging way of telling us what could be wrong with our vehicle. No personal touch which made us think you were just wanting more business. We feel if something is wrong with our vehicle we want to be able to personally talk with someone to get the feel of how serious the problem is etc.
They left the cabin air filter on my dashboard, my boyfriend had to put it back.

Waited right at 2 hours for the installation of an item that was supposed to take about 30 minutes. Google Toyota website and it even stated installs in minutes. Delayed me getting back to work.
