Had blown a tire. Had the donut on.
So did not call and make appointment. I perceived an attitude that I should have called. Okay, she didn’t know I was like 10 minutes away from your location when I blew the tire.
Clerk did not look at tire that had blown, which was in the trunk. If she would have she would have known that you did have a like tire in stock.
Initially had been told the tires you had were completely different from what was on my car.
Was happy that was out in a little more than 2 hours.
Took a while to get my car seat back as it was when I arrived.

Arrived a little early for my 8 am appointment. Waited outside the automatic doors until about 8:10-8:16. They never opened. Had to go inside to get someone to go to the service desk & open the garage doors for me. They said they didn’t know there was an appointment because I did it online. But yet I got texts & a text the day before to verify my appointment? Which I did. Other than that, the service was wonderful. No issues.

Great experience as usual
This was my first time using Coad Toyota. Everyone was polite and professional. The communication was excellent. The multi point inspection link sent to my phone was useful but the actual comments / notes on that form are not terribly clear.
For example, I was having two new tires put on but there was a note about changing orientation of “directional tires” - my Rav4 does not have directional tires. I was informed that was probably an auto-population of the system or human error, but it definitely added confusion and made me question what I was being charged for. I was given a satisfactory explanation when I called to inquire, but that error is absolutely the reason I did not use the link to pay remotely and insisted on paying in person and reviewing the paperwork before I paid.
Dalen was very helpful, informative, friendly, and kept me updated on the status of my service.

Very fine experience today.
After 2 hours of not hearing from them after they sent me the walk around. I called to check what was going on was told they would check on it. Then about 15 minutes later I got a call. This makes the second time in 2 visits that something wasn’t done correctly.
I appreciate how a 69.95 oil change ends up costing 91.00. I know there are some things like taxes and shop supplies. But yours are intensely overpriced. I guess that’s why you send out coupons to get back business. But it’s not worth the extra 20 dollars. I have not had but bad experiences at Coad Toyota and, I am a very friendly person. I mistrust your experience and, would not trust any opinions toward repairs. This store lack experience in dealing with customers. And has no clue on how to generate money honestly for your store. Must be poor management of some Sort. I thought Royal Oaks was a bad establishment but. Coad Toyota tops that. I wish your location no ill will but, please if you want to thrive in this economy you have got to get better. Or you will fail. Be up front and honest if you want more repeat business. Not hidden fees and dishonesty.
