The young man showed me where that button is to change the information window.
Upper control arm was replaced with one that is too large. It does not allow my tires to turn without significant rubbing. The violent steering shaking at high speeds was never addressed. Also, there is significant noise when braking. We will need this corrected asap.

My appointment for a tire rotation was at 3:00. As of 4:15, they had not started on it yet. That’s very frustrating for something that only takes 20 minutes.
I’m thankful for the two years of free service with my new highlander. It seems there were 3-4 extra Coad employees just standing around the check in area. Maybe they were training or something but it seemed like a waste of manpower.
