The customer service rep was very professional and helpful. A great asset to your service department. I have to amend my previous submission, I was charged an environmental fee, which I am not happy about, but I somewhat understand. I have talked to several people with other makes that are not charged that fee. While, I am an advocate of proper disposal of petrol waste, I just hate that Toyota is passing that on to the consumer. With that said I know the customer service rep was not involved in making that charge in any way. I appreciate the hard work all of the COAD Toyota employees do at the Paducah location.
