Great service & communication
It was a Friday afternoon and had a vibration on my 2017 Tacoma. Got me in very fast. Then noticed my truck sitting outside an hour later and had to push on service manager to see what was going on. He said master tech didn’t come to work that day. Nothing they could do. Not very happy with poor communication. I wonder how long would sit there if I didn’t ask anyone a question. Also left my wife shopping at Hancock fabric. We own dairy farm in northeast Ohio with over 900 cattle. A dealership your size and can’t help me. You have problems

Everything was excellent except my maintenance light is still on. I guess they forgot to turn it off after they rotated my tires and changed my oil.
