Again, service just keeps declining. Appt at 1:30. I arrived early. Started receiving text messages. This was VERY confusing to me since I was sitting right there waiting for an oil change. After a couple of text I get pictures and a request to respond to that text. WHAT? I’m sitting here. What in the world. So at 2:29 I called Coad. I explained to the person I was too old to play this game. They seemed shocked I was sitting right there in the show room. They said they would send the service writer right over. Fifteen minutes passed. I got up and went to the desk. Girl sitting there doing nothing. I told her someone was suppose to come show me what my vehicle needed. She said ummm oh ok. She would send someone to me. I sit back down. Then here she comes????? I said are you my service writer? Nope but she was going to show me. I said I would like to see my service writer. Finally he appears. The one who sent this survey. I explain to him I do not understand how customer service has become so horrible. Why do you have to text when the person is in the same room?????!!!!
He explains I need 2 filters. I asked about blowing them out because this has been an issue in the past with Coad. He says never. Ok not what we was told last time. Then he tells me I need brakes. I said change the filters. No brakes. He leaves and a hour later I finally get my vehicle.
Two hours for an oil change and no customer service.
I said it last time. Was begged to give you all another try. For sure won’t be back ever. I’m not the only one. You all are the talk and it isn’t good.
Always get excellent service in a timely fashion. Recommend this establishment to l my friends
My car was inspected less than 2 weeks ago when the oil was changed. Today, I had two of the recommended services performed. To my surprise, two additional recommendations were made. Why were they not included 2 weeks ago? I will choose a more honest company for all future car services.
Well let me start by saying that Dalen was the most informative person I have ever met at a dealership. I’ve never had someone stay in touch with me as much as he did. Coad Toyota has totally impressed us with the customer service and the willingness to help us in any way. We have referred so many of our friends to come and shop at Coad. Water was leaking into the car. They said they found the reason and fixed it ,but left the water in the car. Drivers and passengers side door area. I mean what the heck.
Tech was not ready at scheduled time. Staff was courteous.
Always remember to reward the good staff who choose to work for you all!
After getting service my vehicle is now asking for a PIN code and had never done that before. Not sure what was done but it’s annoying and shouldn’t be happening

Ms Demoss was great. She checked my vehicle in quickly and kept me informed of its progress. I have done business through her befote. I have always been very impressed with her friendly, as well as technically competent way of doing business. She is an asset to your business.
