The communication today on the service of my car was not the usual standard. I took my car in at 7 am and was told I would hear from someone in two hours. That happened right on time and was told the diagnostic would take a few more hours, but he would call and update every 1.5/2 hours. I didn't receive a call at all. I called back two times after 2 pm...nothing. I received a text about 3:45 pm telling me my car was ready. Crickets from 9:45 am until the text came at 3:45 pm. If you inform the customer you will keep them updated with a timeline, then follow through. Common courtesy!
Everyone we talked with during our visit was into our services and needs. We have been very satisfied with each service whether our 2002 Tundra or the 2022 RAV4. Every service has been very good.

Excellent customer service the advisor or who ever the name is the person received me when I arrived to the shop was amazing very good communication due to am not specking very good English this man specks very good Spanish so was so easy to talk to him. 5 stars reviews for all the mecánico crew, Thanks guys I am very happy with my experience. I called on 01/03 and scheduled an appointment on 01/04 for 1pm to have a new fob programmed to my car. I had my car towed and it was there by 11am. The service did not start until 3pm and Thomas called at 5:40pm stating they were having issues with the cut on my master key and was not able to finish the job that night. I picked up my car on 01/05 and my key does not work. I paid $700 to have a key made. At this point I need management to contact me as soon as possible as it does not hold up to Toyotas standards.

I have been asking for my power reach hatch to be fixed for over a year now. The dealership has been unable to resolve this issue. As you can imagine it is VERY frustrating to not be able to use my vehicle as designed.
