It’s the little things that customers notice. After purchasing a truck that’s almost $80,000 and receiving my first free inspection. I thought the dealership would say “thank you” by at least washing my truck. NOPE, it’s a little hard for me to grasp as my previous vehicles had been Audi’s. Every single vehicle is hand washed when returned to the customer. my truck cost as much as an Audi yet Service & customer appreciationis way way inferior. In a small town that type of customer appreciation will go a long way.
Nick did a great job! He ensured my new set of tires were at the service department and that the price I had been previously quoted was correct. He called me when my car was ready and made the process extremely easy.
So in the service notes it showed a future service needed with a cost of $185.00 to fix an oil seep on my differential. I remember a recall I needed to bring the truck back for because of bad welds on the rear axle. I took it in and was told everything is OK. If you look at the photo you provided you can see an abnormal weld or flaw where the seep is. If in your opinion it needs future attention why is this not covered in my warranty. It has a recall and apparently seeping at a spot that looks abnormal.

When picking up vehicle it took an hour of waiting to sign paperwork and return the vehicle. It should be as easy as handing me my keys and a digital signature on my phone and driving off. Also many random texts about needing to return my loaner car even though I had many days left and no answer to texts about these confusing texts. Also texts about car being in service even though I’ve already picked up my car and also a few annnoying calls about getting my car appraised and trading in my car. I appreciate how courteous everyone is but wish these can be improved.
The service people told me that my car that got touched up on the paint looked great. When I inspected the car. It did not look great. The paint color did not completely match. And they did not use a top coat to finish it off. Not satisfied with the paint job. So's people told me look at it for a couple days. And if I didn't like it to come back. I wish it was done correctly the first time. Considering bringing it back for a better job.
