Damian Lillard and their Mcminnville staff are excellent. The service department was friendly, informative, and fast! I love the inspection updates throughout the service via my cell phone and all the information at the end of the service that was performed on my truck. I also love that the manager Specifically called me to let me know that I had been previously Overcharged on my last service because it should have been billed to Toyota care. He made all the arrangements to have me be reimbursed back into my bank account by giving me a call directly.
Your guys always come thru and do a great job. They were even quicker on the recalll than we expected.
It took a while to convince your staff to look a little bit further and find the problem, but once they did find the trouble, I was relieved. Thank you.

Came in for a recalll, you did not clear my dash message about the recall. Thought you would check my bulbs on my regular schedule maintenance, which was the same trip, backup light bulb is out.
Actually, the recall work could not be done because of some internet issue. Repair instructions were not available. I had to reschedule for another day.
Brought my vehicle in for two things.
Have a recall issue resolved.
Have the oil changed.
I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up signed the paperwork received ny keys and was ready to leave. I looked through the paperwork and realized I didn't have any documentation for the oil change. Upon pointing it out the service advisor he told me that's because the oil change was NOT performed.
If I would not have noticed, I would have left thinking it had been taken care of.
Very disappointed.
