The service for an oil cgange was fine. However, it was mentioned that the air in one of the tires was over inflated and per the service person could "pop going over a pothole". Instead of taking a moment to let the air out for the proper inflation, the service person allowed my child to get back in the car and drive. After calling me and unsure what to do, he then took it to Les Schwab who fixed it for free. It's just very upsetting that your service recognized there was a problem but did nothing to fix it, despite a kid driving the car.
Nicholas Hughes is completely trustworthy service representative. He is also patient with me, a mid-seventies person that asks many detailed questions. I like phone calls and being spoken to in person at the dealership vs online inter- actions and repetitive messages. Nicholas will return phone calls! That's really amazing!
I was really pleased the most with the guy who helped me from one of the front desks who kept me updated through the process.
Thomas, as usual, did a fine job. He apologized that the appointment took longer than anticipated. Remembered who I was and thanked me for being a loyal customer. As I was waiting for my vehicle, he was pleasantly helping other customers and doing what he could satisfy their needs. The tech also did a great job and my car accelerates way smoother than it used to. Thank you for having such nice people at your company.
Improved communication between the service department and the customer. I could see when my car service was complete but I continued to wait without receiving notification of completion. I had to prompt the service advisor who had to reach out to the service repair person to complete details on their end so I could get checked out and be on my way.
It is very apparent that staffing is not as issue, as there was plenty of staff buzzing around but nothing gets done for the customer at that same level of urgency. However, all of my interactions with everyone from the my first greeting until the work was complete was very positive and friendly.
The work was completed to my satisfaction and I will return again for service just as I have done since 1997.
Your staff was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job for me. Can’t ask for more than that.

Appointment scheduling was easy. Was met by advisor promptly. Service was done faster than promised. Video from technician was informative. Sales staff was attentive but not pushy. Pretty perfect experience will definitely recommend.

Nick was great I really love coming to Damian Lillard Toyota. Everyone one is so nice and they seem to love their jobs.
Estimated one hour for oil change. Added a cabin filter and wiper so figured a little longer. At one hour 45 minutes I checked on the car. The desk person said she had the paperwork but needed to type it in. I have no idea how long it was sitting there. Waited 15 more minutes and asked again. She says she got busy and it still was waiting. Finally paid. Was disappointed that my car wasn’t even washed while I was waiting. Perhaps you need more people to check out!
Today's service on my daughter Holly's car was exemplary - got her 10,000 mile service done promptly and to my satisfaction...and with courtesy.
