An hour to an hour n 15 minutes is totally ridiculous to change oil. My oil change was do ne inn30 minutes. You have young people working in there that would rather stand around n talk. I am

Disagree with the definition of my maintenance plan.
They did not take care of my custom valve caps or tighten them correctly. If they didn’t want to that was fine. They could have at least told me so that I could have tightened them myself before the long drive home. I ended up losing one and realized all the other ones were not tightened correctly.

Thomas was great, though the wait to pick up my vehicle was long (it was there for 30 minutes before I was checked out). He also said at the beginning of check in that if my car didn’t need some of the things needed that were included with this service (wipers, fob battery) they wouldn’t change them but put them in the car for when needed. I thought this was a great way to address it since neither needed replacing. However, whomever did the actual service just replaced the items anyway. Thomas was trying to be mindful of usage, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t followed. That was disappointing.
One small request- do not top off windshield washer fluid not observed. Other minor issues and promised discount not shown on bill. Time to check out other option. Costly - $22 per windshield wiper. Who are you midding.

This was the 3rd oil change where I asked that the overhead light that is supposed to come on when you open the door be fixed. It would only come on if you pushed on it but not when you opened the door. I was assured it was fixed each time but it wasn’t. Nicholas listened to my full explanation of the problem and got it fixed. I thank him very much.
