Called multiple times trying to get an appointment. With no one answering the phone. Left message and took more than a day to get a callback.
I thought “Toyota care” included replacing any filters that needed replacing.
Instead I was charged for a replacement cabin filter. Also, I think a car wash should be included, and it was not.

I spent $656, van not washed, tires not rotated as requested, other than that ok. Somewhat disappointed as it is very difficult to get van in for any service on my end due to me being my husbands fulltime caregiver and work fulltime also. Not your issue but now I have to come back sometime to get tires rotated, I wanted to get everything wrapped up in 1 visit to my local dealership.

2nd time I dropped off a car for an appointment next day and used after hours drop box. 2nd time the vehicle has been forgotten about until I call for an update and then it’s rushed in. I asked for no rotate on the drop box slip and tires were rotated anyways. Was offered a $10 off coupon for the inconvenience but service was free. I understand stuff happens but twice now has me loosing my faith in the service department.
