I've been dealing with this dealership for over 30 years and have bought several cars there and have been very satisfied.
Only problem, someone left my front passenger seat filthy, checking my cabin filter I guess ☹️
I showed a $108 receipt I had to pay Les Schwab for tire flat problems I got on a day trip a couple weeks after I bought and you installed. I was told you would credit my brake repair work about $40 to $50 even though I was using a coupon providing a lower price. I questioned if I was credited the amount amount promised towards the LS bill and was assured it was. Your invoice is so complicated it is it possible to review easily. Later I did so in a very simple way. If you take the coupon price and double it for 2 axels which is which is the price for the brake work you will see I paid only a few dollars less. No discount/credit was given for improper tire installation.34
It was a pleasure to work with Dylan. He was such a nice and kind young man. I will be back next time. As always the service here at Damian Lillard Toyota was as amazing as always.

If you tell me the oil change is going to take an hour then I expect it to be done in a hour. Even an hour is ridiculously long for a oil change. I won't be back.
Regarding this service, 8am appointment. oil and filter change, multi point inspection which I haven’t received, balance 4 tires during rotation. Perform 3rd of 3 recalls. I had $85 dollar store credit, quoted $100 for tire balance. Which finally worked out after being told it would be more. Service writer finally got it right. But here’s the kicker. Work was finally completed at 2:30pm and got the car back at approximately 2:45pm
I realized the recall part takes about 2 hours. I was originally told it would be done between 11am and noon. But….
Last time I had service I was not picked up for my ride back to the dealership. Your people responded in kind for that snafu. So I thought I would wait this time.
The actual service by the technician was just fine aside from the multi point inspection which is nice to see but is not available to me via messaging.

Friendly and professional staff! I appreciated being kept informed with text messages and even had the option to checkout via text message. The waiting area was bright and clean and there was a relaxed pleasant vibe. The Stumptown cold brew on tap was delicious! I live an hour away but it is worth the drive.
Really friendly, easy to talk to. Answered all questions I had and worked with me to solve problems if there are any and we’re very knowledgeable.
